It has been a while since I’ve personally been to SeaWorld San Diego, and had the opportunity to visit myself this time. I had an absolutely great time, it’s one of the best maintained parks around. SeaWorld San Diego Trip Report – July 9th 2015
I went to the park to get some July 4th Fest pictures, and to see the corresponding fireworks. Once inside I realized there was enough going on around the park to create an actual update, there’s some good news regarding the operations on rides, we’ll take a look at July 4th Fest (presented by Coca-Cola) 😛 And of course the fireworks! 
Summer is finally here in beautiful Southern California. School is out and summer camps have started. Knott’s Berry Farm has been very busy getting ready for the summer months. Over all, quite a bit of work has been going on around here. A lot of rides have been undergoing routine maintenance and refurbishments. There are also new shows that have been underway for a few weeks now including “Blockbuster Beagle” Snoopy on Ice and Vertical Impact. We were expecting to find large crowds at Knotts Berry Farm, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a relatively empty park. 
It was a hot summer day at Six Flags Magic Mountain with some rides operating one train, a few small changes around the park and a couple of quick notes! In addition, we’ve got some Goliath news, and there’s Fright Fest promotion going on already! 
Today was the first day that Fast & Furious – Supercharged was officially opened to the public, or let’s say officially part of the Studio Tour. In addition, there’s a bunch of Wizarding World of Harry Potter development of course, with the completed Flight of the Hippogriff track, some other things around the park… and more! 
It was time for another ride on Twisted Colossus, and there was enough around the park to report on! It was crazy hot out, and the crowds were minimal. We’ve got some Revolution… Riddler’s Revenge, Batman The Ride, Ninja, Apocalypse and more! 
On Thursday
It was the Knott’s Berry Farm Summer Media Event, with the premiere of Blockbuster Beagle, Vertical Impact and Vertical Impact: Geared Up!. A review of all is following soon, for now I’ve got a quick update of things going on around the park. 
Today was quite a day at Universal Studios Hollywood, the summer tourist crowds are kicking in, and Jurassic World’s premier had a big influence around the park. Fast and Furious Supercharged starts running for guests very soon, and there’s a crazy amount of promotion… and then there’s the magical Wizarding World of Harry Potter… and we’ve got a Flight of the Hippogriff construction update for you! 
We were very happy to be back at California’s Great America for another update, and good thing we were as there is a lot going on. Huge numbers of school trips were at the park, major construction is being done, new theming has been added, and an old ride is getting a new look! So, I could fill this intro with so more nonsense, but I think we’d both much rather get started with this update, so let’s do it! 
It feels like Florida in Valencia today, it’s very humid and rainy. Nonetheless, I felt like it was time for another Six Flags Magic Mountain Update. In this update, we’ll be discussing some ride operations, ride refurbishments, and a bunch more things around the park! 
Raging Waters San Jose is one of the lesser talked about water parks in California by enthusiasts, but we believe it’s uniqueness and terrain give the park some rarely received merit. The park also has a decent collection of slides and attractions highlighted by Bombs Away, the first trap door slide on the west coast, and Sidewinder, a racing mat slide new for 2015. 
Summer has softly begun at NorCal’s Six Flags. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom just opened Dare Devil Chaos Coaster, and opened a brand new show! In this update we’ll be taking a look around the park, quite some interesting things going on. From re-theming of rides, to zoo changes, to new restaurants. 
It was quite an empty day at the Farm. We got all rides in, multiple times. Almost all rides were running, and there’s quite some preparation for the summer shows going on. Our update includes GhostRider, Xcelerator news, some new stores, shows, and more. 
We visited Universal Studios Hollywood again today. It was expected to be a quiet day, but at the first WaterWorld showing of the day, capacity was reached and people couldn’t find seats. It wasn’t that quiet after all. We’ve got some cool Wizarding World of Harry Potter things, Jurassic World, and other things around the park!

As it has been awhile since we last visited the park, we have lots to talk about including awesome Gold Striker operations, memorial day crowds, new midway games and even more, so let’s get started! 
Well folks, it’s officially ‘Roller Coaster Season’. Theme Parks across America have opened their doors to the public and people are pouring in from miles away. Knott’s Berry Farm felt the force of the Memorial Day weekend, with crowds as large as Halloween Haunt! Knotts Berry Farm was very gracious to give out free admission to our Veterans and Military personnel all Memorial Day weekend. As you’ll see, a lot of people took them up on the offer. 
It was great to be back at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and such a nice and sunny day. I know everyone is very excited about Twisted Colossus, we are too, but the Boardwalk deserves coverage too, so stick around. It was a pretty crowded day today as expected, and there has actually been quite a lot going on at the park since our last visit, so let’s get started! 
Today, May 23rd 2015, Twisted Colossus officially opened, and Hurricane Harbor opened for the 2015 season. I wanted to experience the crazy opening day of Twisted Colossus, and went to Hurricane Harbor to report on their 2015 Opening Day as well. It was crazy crowded at Twisted Colossus, but rather empty at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. UPDATE: This post has been updated after I returned later in the day, there’s several new topics discussed. 
Wow. Where do we begin with this craziness we call Twisted Colossus… I guess Media Day is a great place to start. Before I post a very detailed ride review of Twisted Colossus and a detailed overlook of the new Screampunk District, I’ll be providing a general report of the official opening of the Screampunk District and Twisted Colossus!
