Ever since the first successful loop in the world premiered here in California, the vertical loop’s been among the most common inversions on coasters around the world. And in all honesty, who isn’t a fan of the Vertical Loop? There are all sorts of them out there. From those that rush through them at high speeds to those that leave riders hanging upside down! In the state of California, we’ve got quite a few loops, all are unique in their own way, let’s see what the 5 best are!
I had a great time at Disneyland Resort, as usual, and there’s quite some things going on. From Captain EO’s departure, to the Fantasyland construction at the Disneyland Park. And from the remodeling of buildings to the refurbished Soarin’ over California at the Disney California Adventure Park. Check out the update!
This is quite an interesting Six Flags Magic Mountain Update… We’ve got some Twisted Colossus news, that wasn’t enough to create a separate update for. We’ve got some refurbishments, ride operations, upcoming events and much more!
Thank you Six Flags Magic Mountain for inviting me again, to the fourth Twisted Colossus Tour! This Tour gave us a great look at the Screampunk District, the Gearworks theater, The theming in the new area, The Top Gun Stall and Zero-G-Roll on Twisted Colossus! We’ve got trains, station, Scream! news… and more! Additionally we have some amazing news, OPENING DATE!
Having paid another visit to the one and only Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, we naturally have got an update for you right here! Lot’s of things are going on at the park from the completion of Dare Devil Chaos Coaster to the cutest new born seals we’ve ever seen so let’s do it.
This update will be a short one, especially considering I wrote an update six days ago. A lot can change, but not that insanely much has changed. Thus this will be a quick read. The update includes some exciting Wizarding World of Harry Potter news, a little Studio Tour and Fast and the Furious Supercharged, and a few things around the park.
The Twisted Colossus track work is completed. But there’s a surprising amount of other work left to do! Such as painting, and the addition of a lot of supporting wood. Since I didn’t collect enough information to create an additional Six Flags Magic Mountain Update, therefore all Screampunk District related things will be in this update, as well as the painting of Tornado at Hurricane Harbor.
Pretty much every coaster includes drops. Some are hardly considered drops, and some have riders fall out of the sky hundreds of feet. In addition there are quite some types of drops. We’ve decided to bring you the 5 best drops in California, from twisted drops, to those that invert riders, the state of California has a great coaster collection, and thus a great collection of thrilling and unique drops!
We told you we’d be returning soon, and we kept that promise. It was hectic, to say the least. The combination of the Super-Cross event taking place at the nearby Levi’s Stadium, and the concert being held at the park by local radio station 99.7, things were pretty insane. There is also lots going at the park such as the reopening of quite a few rides, so let’s continue shall we?
Since Springfield has ‘opened’ at Universal Studios Hollywood, and a lot of changes were made earlier this year in order to be ready for the crowds that start around April, there are only a few things to report on. This update will include some Krustyland/Springfield add-on, a couple of quick Studio Tour changes, a ‘new’ restaurant, Wizarding World of Harry Potter construction, and a few more things!
After the crazy excitement of our brand new Twisted Colossus Update that we just posted earlier tonight, here’s the corresponding Six Flags Magic Mountain Update. With a little ‘Hurricane’ passing through, as we take a look at some Hurricane Harbor changes and prep for it’s opening later next month. We have also included the update on the GearWorks Theater in here, and a whole lot more.
The moment’s almost here! Twisted Colossus is literally feet from being completed. The Zero-G-Roll looks amazing, and of course so does the rest of the ride of course! We expect to see testing by the end of the month, and finally Magic seems to be able to pull off a Spring Opening again! Here’s the Twisted Colossus Update you don’t want to miss!
We were ecstatic to start our coverage of this park on opening day, and we are even more excited to continue so expect more coverage in the near future! Today was a great day to be at the park! Crowds were light, the sun was out, and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. This however, doesn’t mean there hasn’t been a lot going on, there has been. We saw everything from ride closures and openings, to new food menus, and even potential future attractions, so let’s get started!
Northern California parks are hours away from the Southern California theme parks. Yet, they’re in the shadow of these Southern California parks. Sometimes it’s easy to forget that there are a few great parks up state, such as Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, California’s Great America, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and Gilroy Gardens. We’ve decided to take a look at the coasters we find in Northern California, many of which are thrilling and world-class attractions. Here’s the list of the 5 best coasters in Northern California.
That’s right, we’re back with more coverage from Disneyland Resort after only a few short days. The tremendous Spring Break crowds were, well… tremendous. This update includes all sorts of fun things from DLR 60, to Frozen fun and much more, so let’s do it!
LET’S GET TWISTED! Twisted Colossus is looking even prettier than it already did, with the spectacular Top Gun Stall completed. And, the Top Gun has an exciting ‘twist’ to it, which you’ll read about. In addition, chains have been placed, lights are installed, and more elements are currently being constructed! The Outward-bank and Zero-G-Roll are currently becoming reality on the World’s longest Hybrid Coaster!
With all the crazy amounts of updates from all around the state recently, we can’t forget about Six Flags Magic Mountain of course. Twisted Colossus is looking amazing, the Screampunk District construction continues, Goliath is closed for quite a while, Grad Nite stages are popping around the park, and there’s a whole lot more to discuss, check it out!
Where to begin.. Two new shows, repaints, construction, and lots more. We’ll be taking a look at the construction of the new Dare Devil Chaos Coaster, as well as the construction elsewhere around the park. The new shows, that are being prepped for the summer. The operations around the park. There’s a whole lot more going on at the park! I met with Captain Lee, and I’ve got some cool info!
