It sure was an interesting visit to Universal Studios Hollywood! We’ve got a whole lot of Springfield to look at it. It’s ‘open’ to the public, and looks very nice. In addition, we have a bit of Studio Tour news. Wizarding World of Harry Potter is progressing immensely fast as well, we have some pictures of that. Universal Studios Hollywood Update – April 6th 2015
We were at Knott’s Berry Farm for the phenomenal Boysenberry Festival, that you should definitely check out! There was, of course, a lot more to report on. In this post we’ll be looking at the Iron Reef construction, the Xcelerator progress being made, some general operations, the crazy crowds, and more! 
Now Spring Break crowds were visiting the park, and summer is getting a lot closer, Six Flags Magic Mountain is definitely preparing for the Twisted Colossus crowds! Ride operations are getting better, some repaints, landscaping, new signs, and much more (like a tiny bit of Hurricane Harbor). We have quite a few things to talk about in the update! 
A couple of days have passed since the Twisted Colossus Backstage Tour. Of course, construction on the world’s longest Hybrid Coaster continues. A lot of prep has been done to continue the instruction of the ride’s two inversions! 
We were so excited to be present at California’s Great America for the opening day of their 40th season! Although it may not have been the perfect start to the season, we still had a lot of fun, and we are very happy to have this park back open! Please keep in mind there may be some mild complaints throughout this article. They are not meant with malicious intent, but rather honesty. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic day. 
Thank you Six Flags Magic Mountain for inviting me again, to the third Twisted Colossus Tour! This Tour gave us a great look at the Screampunk District, the Gearworks theater, The High Five on Twisted Colossus, The Double-Down, and the highly-anticipated Top Gun Stall! Additionally we have some station, lift, Scream!, and more! 
Berry Bloom starts this Saturday, and thus Knott’s for the Cure will end for the year. Some rides have reopened after being down for a long time. We have Fastlane updates for Xcelerator. Additionally, we have lots of Iron Reef construction! 
Jurassic Park the Ride has finally reopened from its refurbishment, and we have an in-depth overview. Additionally in this update, we have a crazy amount of other Universal Studios Hollywood things to discuss, such as the walls of Springfield coming down, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter construction, the Furious 7 promotion, Studio Tour construction, and more! 
Six Flags Magic Mountain is opened daily from today on, so it was their last shot to make some big changes last week. Let’s take a look at what they’ve done so far. This update includes Screampunk District coverage, 2015 park maps, and much more! 
Now the Scream! repaint is pretty much finished, we’ll be back to focusing on Twisted Colossus itself. They are currently busy installing all sorts of things, including the green track for the Top Gun stall! 
This Update will be a short one, but let’s check in with the happenings at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! There were some pretty decent crowds due to the cheer-leading competition held directly adjacent to the park, so it made for a very interesting trip. 
It’s off-season, and Six Flags Magic Mountain is undergoing some changes. In this update we’ll be looking at some repaints, rides that are reopening, and many other changes around the park. In addition, we have an operations schedule included, showing what rides will be operating one train for the next few weeks! 
There definitely isn’t as much progress made as the last couple of weeks before. But sure enough important changes to report on Twisted Colossus. There’s a lot of prep going on for perhaps the most complex element of the ride, the Top Gun! For Scream!, interestingly enough the repaint hasn’t been completed yet. 
For weeks it was known that Jurassic Park was to reopen on the 14th of March, after a big refurbishment! So we didn’t want to miss out, and headed over. Then things didn’t go as planned, and many angry guests later, Universal Studios still didn’t manage to resolve the issues in time. Nonetheless we’ve got a wonderfully diverse update for you! 
Rocky Mountain construction and Six Flags Magic Mountain really picked up the pace! Twisted Colossus has a huge amount of new track installed, including the craziest twisting double-down anywhere. Scream!’s repaint is almost complete. We have many pictures of both!
