The Ride To Happiness Update – Plopsaland De Panne – December 2020

After our updates on the Walibi Belgium Mega coaster, it was time for us to head to the coast to have a look at the Xtreme Spinning coaster construction at Plopsaland De Panne! The Evolution of Northern California’s Coaster Landscape

America has a few regions that are “hotspots” for roller coasters, regions with 2 or more parks within a short distance from each other.  The most famous include Central Florida, Southern California, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Though long outshined by the plethora of parks  surrounding Los Angeles and San Diego, Northern California holds the distinction of being a region with three parks with major thrill roller coasters.  The roller coaster landscape of Northern California has changed dramatically just within the past 10 years.

Holiday in the Park Drive-thru Experience Review – Six Flags Magic Mountain

Holiday festivities have begun here in Southern California. And while it does seem quite a bit different compared to what it was in years past, we are still trying to soak in every single moment. The first park we visited this year for the holidays is Six Flags Magic Mountain. Because the park is currently not allowed to be open for normal operation, they have adjusted Holiday in the Park to make it a drive-thru experience. Monster Construction – Gröna Lund – November 2020

Next year, we can expect some major coasters in Europe. Besides the two anticipated coasters in Belgium and the new coaster additions of Energylandia, we can also look forward to a major addition in Sweden. Yes, Gröna Lund gets the newest B&M in Europe under the name: Monster. Thanks to the lovely Fabh Adventures, we received some wonderful pictures of the construction.

Hotel Charles Lindbergh- An Exclusive Experience by Day and Night

Phantasialand fans have been waiting on a new project for the last 4 years. It has finally come to life. In the middle of September, Rookburgh was unveiled to an eager audience. The project’s opening date was inevitably pushed back by the ongoing pandemic. This meant that an originally planned opening date of June wasn’t feasible. Therefore, the public’s anticipation and excitement had grown even more over the extra months of waiting.

Phantasialand’s brand new and third resort hotel, Charles Lindbergh, is intertwined with this exquisitely detailed themed world, and opened at the end of September. With a new lockdown recently announced in Germany, the resort has been forced to close again. Unfortunately, this meant the window of opportunity to visit this new hotel was very small. We were lucky enough to experience this brand new hotel in the middle of October, and will be providing you with a detailed insight into the experience it has to offer.
