First “Epic Universe” Plans Filed – Layout of Super Nintendo World Revealed

Universal has been hard at work for over a year clearing and grading land for their new theme park, Epic Universe. Last week, they filed construction plans for the Nintendo section of the new theme park with the Orange County Government. Thanks to a public records request, we’ve obtained the area’s site plan, so let’s take a look!

Holiday in the Park and West Coast Racers Testing – Six Flags Magic Mountain Park Update – December 7, 2019

Preston: This past Saturday, we had the opportunity to attend Magic Mountain’s media event for Holiday in the Park. We were able to sample some of the new foods and treats they have available during the season for their holiday food festival. And, we took a lap around the park to take in all the beautiful Holiday decorations. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom – Pure Astonishment

Six Flags Magic Mountain Update – Holiday in the Park 2019

Derek: Holiday in the Park kicked off the season at Six Flags Magic Mountain and runs daily until January 5th. Many returning favorites are featured around the park along with some tweaks and new additions. A large Christmas tree now stands tall next to Santa’s Cottage and Coca-cola polar bear photo ops are positioned in a few locations including across from Food Etc. and next to Studio 6F.

Knott’s Bear-y Tales: Return to the Fair – New for 2020!

Southern California’s original theme park, Knott’s Berry Farm, will commemorate its 100th anniversary with its largest celebration ever, all paying tribute to the Knott family’s rich history and legacy of family fun for all. Kicking off May 15 through August 30A Knott’s Family Reunion,” will bring together old classics with new favorites, which includes the return of the beloved Bear-y Tales story in an all-new 4-D interactive dark ride, bringing to life a continuation of the classic attraction initially commissioned by the Knott Family and created in 1975 by the legendary attraction designer Rolly Crump. Disneyland Paris – The Final Day of Halloween – November 2019

Sven: Last Sunday we did our final Halloween park this season: Disneyland Paris. No spooky mazes but lots of entertainment by Disney. Disneyland Resort Update – Early November 2019

Preston: With the Holiday season quickly approaching, we decided to head over to the Disneyland Resort to check up on some projects they’ve been working on. In this update, we’ll take a look at the newly opened pedestrian bridge, the new security and transportation hub, a new FastPass system in Tomorrowland, and some Christmas snow that has recently fallen on the castle.
