SeaWorld San Diego to Debut New Launch Coaster in 2023

Arctic Rescue, one of SeaWorld San Diego’s most anticipated attractions, will open in the spring of 2023. Arctic Rescue will join other thrill rides at the amusement park as the West Coast’s longest and fastest straddle coaster. This family-friendly multi-launch ride invites guests to mount a snowmobile and race through the unpredictable arctic climate at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour in an effort to save endangered animals. Arctic Rescue has a height requirement of 48 inches, but thrill-seekers of all ages will enjoy its thrills and chills.

SeaWorld San Antonio Will Debut the Only Launched Log FlumeĀ in the World in 2023!

Catapult Falls, a NEW water flume coaster, will be built at SeaWorld San Antonio in 2023, the park said today. The first-of-its-kind rollercoaster combines the thrill of a launched roller coaster, the thrill of a vertical lift elevator that elevates riders above the theme park, and a water flume ride with the steepest drop, producing repeated adrenaline rushes as well as spectacular splashes to cool passengers.

New Inversions and Airtime Moments – Parque Warner Madrid Batman Intamin Coaster Construction Update – September 22, 2022.

A few weeks have passed since we visited Parque Warner Madrid and provided an update on the 2023 debut of the brand-new Intamin Batman roller coaster. This enormous, VelociCoaster-sized undertaking will include numerous unique elements, inversions, airtime moments, and launches, among others. Since our last update a few weeks ago, a great deal has happened. This update will include new inversions, airtime hills, drops, and more!

Horrorland: ā€œDignity is something we try to give to terrorā€

Halloween is just around the corner, and parks are preparing for the new season. The Spanish scream park Horrorland, awarded ā€œBest Scream Park Event in Europeā€ by ScareCon Scare Awards, is hosting auditions to find new people to incarnate into the monsters that will inhabit their haunted houses.

This week, we visited the park to check the auditions for their fourth season and chat with directors David and Cristina about the pandemic, their creative process, the scare attractions industry and more!
