It’s December 31st 2015. It’s hard to believe that another year has passed. 2015 was one heck of a wild ride, what a year it was for us here at California Coaster Kings, and the amusement industry as a whole. Let’s celebrate the great memories of the year past, while also looking for even better things to come. A Day Turns Into A Year – 2015 Turns Into 2016
As the year comes to a close we took our last Disney trip for the year. Here we saw our last viewings of Aladdin and of Big Thunder Ranch before they close. Here’s quick end of the year update.
We were back at Knott’s Berry Farm to celebrate some more Merry Farm! Of course the Ghost Town and GhostRider construction is moving along rapidly. In this update you’ll find a lot of GhostRider construction, some general changes around the park, and we’re taking a look at the current changes that are being made around Ghost Town for the 75th Anniversary make-over!

It’s only been a week and half since our last visit to Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Hollywood Update. But if any park is ever changing, it’s Universal Studios Hollywood. So during a leisure trip to the park today I noted enough construction and changes for a fun update. So here we are! 
It’s been an interesting Holiday filled weekend and week for us last week. Today we’re back with a regular update and construction update. There wasn’t quite enough to report on to make two separate posts, so here’s a Six Flags Magic Mountain and NEW REVOLUTION Update! 
With the fanfare wildly expecting the upcoming Star Wars movie, Season of the Force is certainly a popular event. Another winter has come, and thus follows another magical Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. We were very excited to experience another great year of this event, and we were not disappointed! For this piece, we will include our overall thoughts and opinions of the event and its major components, and we will save some of the minutiae for later occasion. 
It’s the Theme Park Holiday season and that means… MORE Holiday stuff! Let’s take a look at Universal Studios Hollywood’s annual Grinchmas event, themed after… the Grinch. The park looks wonderful this time of year, and there are a bunch of activities for families during Grinchmas. Let’s take a look. 
One of California’s best theme-park holiday events will have to be Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Holiday in the Park. Officially debuting in 2014, just last year, this events offers a completely different experience than other events do. In addition to which, the event is very immersive. Let’s take a look at the 2015 edition of the event! 
As we visited Universal Studios Hollywood to check out this year’s Grinchmas, there was a pleasant amount of change around the park to create an update for you guys. This update won’t be focused on Grinchmas, but rather on general changes around the park, the revealing of the new retail and dining facilities near the front of the park, decorations around the park, and of course Wizarding World of Harry Potter! 
I’ve been working on this Ride Review for a little while now, with all the other coverage in between I was back tracked for a little bit. But finally here’s a look at California’s surprise ride. Manta at SeaWorld San Diego! This Mack ride is a wonderful family coaster, that uses state of the art technology, launches riders twice, and is surrounded by sea-life and birds. It’s one heck of a great ride!
