California’s Great America’s Halloween Haunt has opened for the 2016 Season! This year’s event includes three Scare Zones. Two very good ones, and one that has potential but sadly is understaffed. Join us as we discuss and review the three Scare Zones at the event.
It’s that time of year… the World Famous Knott’s Scary Farm has opened for the 2016 season and this may just be their best season yet! With 2 new shows, 4 Scare Zones (including the new one: “The Hollow”), and an amazing cast, this year was another year that you can not miss at Scary Farm. Join us as we take a look at the shows and Scare Zones and review them below!

They definitely have Northern California’s best mazes (set wise) and have several cool changes in store this year, that greatly improved the preexisting mazes! There’s a shortage of actors again, which is sad as some mazes are very actor-dependent. Nonetheless, the sets usually amaze us at this event! Let’s get into rating and reviewing them!

You know what event has some of the best mazes ever created? It’s Knott’s Scary Farm. I can honestly say that this is the first year, and first event ever, where I was not disappointed with a single maze. Every single one of the nine mazes this #ScaryFarm season were awesome. Not only does the park have the most Scare Zones of any event in the state, it also has some of the most fascinating themes! Check out our review of each!

Several California Coaster Kings team members from throughout the state visited California’s Great America on Labor Day to take the Last Stand on Vortex. Vortex was the park’s Stand-Up coaster that operated for 25 years ’til it took its final riders on board September fifth. The ride will reopen next year as a Floorless Coaster named 
After yesterday’s announcement, and before four Northern California parks this weekend, I swung by Six Flags Magic Mountain to activate my 2017 Gold Pass and to get an update for our readers. There’s an incredible amount of Fright Fest preparation to cover, along with 2017-related things, and X2 and Apocalypse’s closures! 
SeaWorld breaks ground on an exciting new attraction that will inspire guests to explore the depths of the oceans and take action to protect the amazing creatures who inhabit them. Ocean Explorer, which is scheduled to open in late spring of 2017 at SeaWorld San Diego, will feature multiple aquariums, exciting rides and digital technologies to engage park guests in an experience centered on exploration and adventure.
