Rage of the Gargoyles VR on KONG at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom – Split Screen POV!
Our friend Jeremy helped us out and visited Six Flags Discovery Kingdom to check out the new VR on Kong/ Rage of the Gargoyles! This experience opens to Pass holders on Saturday the 24th for the 2016 Fright Fest event at the park! (It opens to all guests on Friday September 30th). We’ll be there with several team member, so say “hi” if you see us there!
Fear VR: 5150
Fear VR: 5150 is a horror based Virtual Reality experience that will be making its debut in Cedar Fair parks this season. Hollow Studios, the company behind the production of this project, has partnered with Cedar Fair Entertainment to bring Fear VR: 5150, to Canada’s Wonderland, Knott’s Scary Farm, and California’s Great America this haunt season, providing a whole new kind of cutting edge horror experience.

Six Flags Magic Mountain, the well-known top destination for thrilling roller-coasters, opened their popular Fright Fest Halloween Event for 2016! Quicksilver Express Ride Review
Quicksilver Express is one of the often forgotten coasters in California, and being at a park the size of Gilroy Gardens that’s almost understandable. Quicksilver express however is a gem, and very much worth more discussion. VORTEX: The Last Stand
Several California Coaster Kings team members from throughout the state visited California’s Great America on Labor Day to take the Last Stand on Vortex. Vortex was the park’s Stand-Up coaster that operated for 25 years ’til it took its final riders on board September fifth. The ride will reopen next year as a Floorless Coaster named Patriot.
