Patriot – Floorless Coaster for California’s Great America!

patriot tmbnThe Santa Clara theme park “California’s Great America” announced that for the 2017 season, it will introduce Patriot, the first Floorless Coaster in the park’s 41-year history. Knott’s Soak City is Opening 7 New Slides on 2 New Slide Towers in 2017

Knotts-Soak-City-2015-LogoKnott’s Soak City has been subject to small changes over the past few years. These small changes were nothing compared to the park’s huge new 2017 additions. The park will be adding a total of seven new slides to their park’s line up including raft slides and ultra-thrilling drop slides. These slides will be found on two new towers the park will be adding. The Shore Break slide tower and The Wedge slide tower. Let’s take a look! San Diego Zoo Adventures!

Although this type of content isn’t exactly in our wheelhouse, we were so impressed by our visit that we couldn’t help but write the following special. The San Diego Zoo is regarded as the best in the country in both their unique and extensive collection of animals as well as their conservation and breeding efforts. The San Diego Zoo also revolutionized the world of zoos and aquariums by becoming the first zoo to introduce  naturalistic habitats, meaning every exhibit is tailored specifically to mimic the real habitats of the animals. The result today is a zoo with spectacular habitats, amazing animals and gorgeous landscaping. And since this is California Coaster Kings, we’ll be touching on the hints of theme park traits sprinkled throughout this wonderful zoo. SeaWorld San Diego – Trip Report July 2016

The park that perfectly combines rides, exhibitions, shows, animals, landscaping, and family fun. During this visit we made sure to get our last One Ocean show in, and we spent quite some time in the animal exhibits. Of course we also rode the park’s rides.
