It was great to spend a visit at Waterworld California, as it is by far one of the best water parks in the state and boasts the largest collection of thrilling water attractions in Northern California. Despite some what limited space, this park has an absolutely stellar line up of slides and attractions including racing trap door slides, a giant funnel slide, a half pipe slide, and much more. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor – LA
In 1995, the first Six Flags Water Park was born. Adjacent to Six Flags Magic Mountain a brand new water park was constructed with the name Hurricane Harbor. The success of the water park led to the creation, and re-branding, of other water parks in to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and it all started with Six Flags Hurricane Harbor LA. Raging Waters San Jose – June 5th 2015
Raging Waters San Jose is one of the lesser talked about water parks in California by enthusiasts, but we believe it’s uniqueness and terrain give the park some rarely received merit. The park also has a decent collection of slides and attractions highlighted by Bombs Away, the first trap door slide on the west coast, and Sidewinder, a racing mat slide new for 2015. Twisted Colossus and Hurricane Harbor Opening Day
Today, May 23rd 2015, Twisted Colossus officially opened, and Hurricane Harbor opened for the 2015 season. I wanted to experience the crazy opening day of Twisted Colossus, and went to Hurricane Harbor to report on their 2015 Opening Day as well.
